SURVEY PROCESS - Visit to review your surveillance needs. - Survey site for cable drop locations. - Identify cable paths and site details. - Deliver survey to X5 Engineering. - X5 Engineer builds quote and options. - You then review quote and decide. - Installer returns to install the system. ADDITIONAL OPTIONS: - Network Cabling CAT6/6A, - Fiber Optic cabling and splicing. - WiFi / Router / Network Racks. - Computer Support Services. - CCTV / Video Surveillance.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 24 Hours of dispatch to avoid cancelation fees. Any cancelation that occurs less than 24 hours prior to dispatch will incur a $50 fee cancel fee. If you prepaid for the dispatch you will receive a refund for the booking fee, minus the cancel fee.
