Onsite tech support for 2 Hours


Service Description

X5 Networks will provide a qualified support technician for up to 2 Hours for $250. The technician will try to assist in the following ways: ONSITE ASSISTANCE: - Arrive onsite with the proper tools and test equipment. - Determine your network or computer - related needs. - Locate your equipment and attempt to troubleshoot. - Attempt to identify and repair the issue. OVER 2 HOURS ONSITE: - If the issued cannot be completed within 2 hours, you must provide your consent to continue. If you do not agree to continue, the job will be closed out for 2 hours. - If the technician is able to stay past the 2-hour mark and you agree to continue, you will be billed $125 per hour until your issue is fixed, you request the work to end, or the technician must end the visit due to his work schedule. PLEASE NOTE: - Because this request is for a 2-hour block of time, the technician is not obligated to stay past 2 hours unless you both agree to continue. - Due to circumstances beyond the technician's control, we may not be able to fix the issue in the requested time. - If the issue is due to equipment failure and new parts are needed, a separate visit may be required. If so, you will be provided a quote to return to complete the work.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 24 Hours of dispatch to avoid cancelation fees. Any cancelation that occurs less than 24 hours prior to dispatch will incur a $50 fee cancel fee. If you prepaid for the dispatch you will receive a refund for the booking fee, minus the cancel fee.
