X5 Networks provides IT Support Services to Pizza Hut
X5 Networks assists Pizza Hut to restore a down store. Network printing and "bump" for the KDS (Kitchen Display System) from each workspace did not work correctly. After tracing out cabling and testing Patch Panel and network ports, we identified the issue. New cabling was installed, all ports tested and mapped. Worked with Pizza Hut remote support to confirm all devices could be seen from their NOC.
